Q: Do you supply the materials?

A: I will normally get all materials for you but I know you may also wish to purchase them yourself. I supply the consumables and sundries.

Q: How long will it take for me to get a quote?

A: Most times I will be able to get you a quote straight away, but if I need to get some specialist materials I will get the quote to you within two days.

Q: Are your services insured?

A:  Yes I carry £2,000,000 public liability insurance.

Q: What happens if I am not happy with the work carried out?

A: In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with my work I would be happy to discuss and rectify any problems to your satisfaction. 

Q: How quickly can you do the job?

A: I will always try accommodate the dates that fit with your schedule but sometimes there may be a four to six weeks wait.

Q: What tools do you use to apply the paint?

A: I use roller and brush. I do not use spray guns.

Q: What hours do you work?

A: I will always work around the hours that suit you, but usually between 8am and 8pm. Out of hours work will also be considered depending on the circumstances.
